Returns
Because each print is produced to order, I do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production defect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. I will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit or with a printing defect, please email me at:
art@lancehewison.com
Include:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged packaging and print
- a brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, I will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns for Other Reasons
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
In these cases:
- the buyer is responsible for return shipping
- the print must be returned in its original condition
- refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After production has begun, orders can no longer be cancelled.
